Aluminum melting furnace

The aluminum melting furnace adopts advanced domestic regenerative burner and reversing valve system, with exhaust gas temperature less than 250 ℃, fully recovering the waste heat from the discharged flue gas, and the overall thermal efficiency of the furnace is over 50%.

The structure of the aluminum melting furnace can be installed in conjunction with an electromagnetic stirrer, allowing the electromagnetic stirrer to fully utilize its stirring function and achieve uniform metal temperature in the molten pool.

Adopting optimized design of composite refractory lining, the contact surface with molten metal is made of 85% high alumina brick with a thickness of 345mm, which has been tested through years of production practice. The refractory lining of the furnace is insulated, resulting in minimal heat loss and a temperature rise of less than 50 ℃ on the outer wall of the furnace.

Equipped with advanced and comprehensive PLC based Level I automation system, it centrally optimizes and controls the combustion system and mechanical processes of the furnace. Use PLC controllers produced by SIMENS or AB company.
