Process description:

The single billet heating furnace provides aluminum billet suitable for temperature requirements for the extrusion machine, which has the advantages of fast heating speed (the extrusion of the normal temperature aluminum billet into the furnace for about 30 minutes), flexible scheduling and high automation. Particularly suitable for small and diverse varieties of industrial profiles extrusion. The whole line can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as upper rod manipulator, heating rod manipulator and peeling machine.
