Working principle:
The long billet stacking machine can layer the dispersed bars to a certain height, and then carry out the positioning of the stacked bar.
After the billet material hoisted from the casting well is stacked into a raft, it is transported to the corresponding homogenizing furnace by a long billet stacker and matched with the three-dimensional vehicle.
The homogenized billets can be transported to the long bar sawing position by the aluminum billet stacker.
The stacker is operated by a series of sensing signals through the PLC for precise calculation. The action is performed by electric and equipped with advanced braking devices to enable reliable operation.
